Q: Are you a licensed contractor?
A: No. Herzog and Sons, nor its owner, is a licensed contractor at this time. However, under the ROC's handyman clause, we legally can preform minor repairs (jobs totalling under $500 not requiring a permit), such as remodels, repairs, installs, and drain cleaning. We'll keep you informed as of when we will be able to take on larger tasks in the near future.

A: This business has been in operation, for 5 years, our plumber has been in the industry since childhood, and as a service tech and in a supervisory role for outside companies for over 9 years.
Q: What is your call turnaround time?
A: Our company receives calls spuratically, most local calls can be completed within 48 hours, depending on the nature, and location of the job. We do prefer that our calls take place while the customer is home, and in the evening hours.
A: Because we are not a very large company our clientele base consists of loyal customers, and very few newer clients have heard about us, this company has been placed on a as needed basis. Meaning, when we get a call, we will serve it after normal business hours. Please leave a message if you are needing plumbing assistance and someone will give you a call with in a couple of hours, to schedule you.
